Summer 2019 certainly didn’t live up to the previous year and it seems as if Autumn has arrived all too quickly…
However, this season offers its benefits too as many wedding-planning-couples embark upon either finalising plans and preparations for their special day, looking for those finishing touches – whilst others are just starting their journey; looking for their perfect venue & suppliers to create their special day.
We have 10-fabulous-fayres across Hampshire & Surrey, from Sunday 1st September through until Sunday 3rd November when we end our 2019 calendar! Following the busy summer wedding season for all venues & suppliers, these fayres provide a great opportunity to secure some seasonal offers and discounts too. At each of our fayres you’ll also receive a *Deluxe Wedding Gift Bag worth over £10 each (for the first 100 couples to arrive…) a glass of complimentary Fizz, ample free parking and an opportunity to browse many wedding businesses & services.
During this Autumn, we return once more to the ever popular Old Thorns for our largest Wedding Fayre; this vast venue has two Ballrooms and many other suites, where we’ll have over 80 businesses showcasing. Along with fashion shows, entertainment and much more, this is THE wedding fayre not to miss – see everything all under one roof, from ring delivering owls, to the most elite transport, there’s something for every wedding style, size & budget. Join us on Sunday 13th October at Old Thorns, Liphook, Hampshire. 11am – 3pm. £2pp Admission, under 18’s free.
June 20, 2019
Its hard to believe we’re already half way through the year and this Sunday 23rd June marks the end of our current season of Wedding Fayres – before we return in September for the Autumn Season! Not wanting to wish the Summer away of course (especially as we haven’t had much of one as yet!…) but it’s the busiest time for venues/hotels & wedding suppliers as they reach their peak with many summer weddings – so for this reason and more, we have always ended our Summer Wedding Fayres on or around the end of June or by mid July – when the school holidays also commence. Its a shame in many ways though as it’s a lovely time of year and often venues look wonderful in the summer months, but suppliers (such as florists, photographers and so forth) have continual weddings throughout weekdays and weekends, so trying to exhibit at our wedding fayres on a Sunday too would be all too much!
During this ‘down time’ for us, we also have to opportunity to prepare and work on the production of all of our upcoming Sept-Nov 2019 fayres, plus we get to have our weekends back to ourselves for a while too – something that takes a bit of getting used to as we usually work most Saturdays & Sunday’s.
Behind the scene’s preparations during July & August involves meeting with the many venues where our fayres take place, so we’re also out of the office quite a lot, travelling around Hampshire, Surrey & Sussex to them all. Its essential to meet with the relevant team member and actually see if anything has changed at the venues, that might effect the fayre or cause us to have to make changes to the rooms/suites we use or layout etc.
Its been wonderful to see so many couples attending our fayres again this year, viewing the facilities at the venues, planning their perfect day and meeting so many types of suppliers who will be an important part of it too – from Photographers to Wedding-Ring-Delivery Barn Owls, we have a diverse range of suppliers exhibit with us from all categories, giving couples ample choice, lots of ideas & plenty of inspiration…We look forward to seeing many more in the coming months.
April 29, 2019
We’ve produced over 250 Wedding Fayres across Hampshire, Surrey & Sussex in the past almost 11 years now, and have to plan our calendar of events well over a year in advance.
Rarely do we have to make changes, but understandably there can be all kinds of reasons why we might have to Postpone or even Cancel one of our Fayres (like the unexpected Snow in Surrey in March 2018, that was a first!)
There’s an awful lot of planning in setting the date in readiness for us to promote the events, so we like to cover all aspects before securing and publicizing it, but things like a flood at a venue or even a half-marathon running right past the hotel’s front door, would certainly affect the accessibility for everyone, and overall success of the event…
As is the case with the delightful Elmers Court Hotel & Resort, in lovely-Lymington, Hampshire – due to unforeseen circumstances we’ve had to postpone the event from Sunday 19th May 2019, but are looking at a new 2020 date (TBC)
However, this is by no means reason not to pop along and visit this lovely Hotel, if you’re looking for your ideal New Forest Wedding Venue; the team can show you around the venue and its suites & facilities, whilst discussing your requirements for your special day. Contact their Wedding & Events coordinators directly or simply pop along on the day if you prefer. We’ll post an update the minute we have a new 2020 Wedding Fayre date where you’ll be able to see a vast selection of wedding suppliers showcasing throughout…
In the meantime – we have plenty more wedding fayres over the coming months, see our full listing here

We are regularly contacted by many gorgeous Wedding Venues from all across the South and beyond, asking for us to produce a professional wedding fayre for (and with) them – so that they can show couples just what they have to offer for their special day…
However, our calendar is secured many months ahead, if not years, as we have an awful lot to do and prepare for each of our events, so the longer the lead time the better obviously. We hate to turn other lovely venues away but there simply aren’t enough dates in a year for us, with our full commitment to our existing venues, plus having to avoid all notable dates and holidays, such as Easter, School Summer Holidays, Banks Holidays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc, etc…
Every once in a while there becomes an opportunity for us to add a new venue and we love visiting them to look around and discuss all aspects. Already working with three of the fantastic Hand Picked Hotels venues – Rhinefield House Hotel in the New Forest, Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa, Surrey and Audleys Wood Hotel in Hampshire, we were delighted to visit another of their properties recently – Woodlands Park Hotel in Surrey. All of their venues are exceptional, along with their services, facilities, staff and more, so we’re potentially working on some dates that we can add this beautiful venue to our wedding fayres and bring a great selection of local wedding businesses to showcase there also – watch this space.
** Venues ** If you would like us to produce a prestigious, well-attended, well-promoted Wedding Fayre for your Venue, please get in touch with as soon as possible to discuss availability, suitability and much more. Use our Contact Page here on the website or email us at [email protected] We hope to be able to work with you in the furture

It seems in not much more than the blink of an eye – our Summer 2018 Heatwave ended, Autumn vanished and Christmas was upon us!?
Somewhere in between that time, we had a busy Autumn Season of Wedding Fayres from September to November, when we ended our 2018 Calendar in early November, in readiness for the Festive Season and New Year. Now we’re back and it’s the beginning of 2019!…
We kicked-off our 2019 Calendar of Wedding Fayres back at the Emirates Spinnaker Tower, on Sunday 6th January – where we’ve launched our annual calendar of events for the past 6 years now; iconic and unique, wedding planning couples come from far and wide to Gunwharf Quays to see the venue and our top class wedding suppliers who exhibit on every level! View Deck 2, 105 meters above sea level is where couples saw just what a ‘ceremony in the sky‘ looks like, with the Spinnaker Team and their caterers showing off the views as well as just what the tower can offer for Weddings.
There was also huge demand for one of our NEW 2019 Deluxe Wedding Gift Bags – worth over £10 each, we had queues of eager couples waiting at the Spinnaker Tower, hoping to receive one. Still packed with the very latest editions of top Wedding Magazines, these often cost on average £3.95 each – but we give them to you for just a small £2pp Admission from to our fayres!
January – April is one of the busiest Seasons for us with lots of newly engaged couples attending our fayres, looking for their ideal wedding venue and key wedding suppliers. Other couples who’ve already embarked upon planning their special day are equally as keen to get back in the swing of things and get suppliers and appointments booked, with the countdown commencing since seeing in the New Year, its all the more real!
We have more fabulous fayres for you this year, whether your a Supplier or Visitor to our fayres; don’t miss out, follow us on Facebook, Twitter & Instgram to keep up to date on where we’ll be and all what we have in store.

It’s been a memorable Summer for the UK with record temperatures and weeks of endless warmth and sunshine (although it all seems a bit of a distant memory now?!)
For us at PMN it’s also been a much needed Summer break too, with the peak ‘Wedding Season’ throughout July & August, as well as school holidays etc, its a super busy time and everyone is far too busy to exhibit as suppliers, or attend wedding fayres as couples, so this is a great time for us to catch our breath and prepare for the final few months of the year!
September marks the start of the late Summer & early Autumn Wedding Fayre Season and we have 10 fayres across Hampshire, Surrey & Sussex, back-to-back, taking us to the close of our 2018 on 4th November this year…
Not wishing the weeks away just yet, nor the remnants of the Summer either, but we’re working on those 10 events to bring some of the biggest and best wedding fayres to wedding-planning-couples this Autumn.
July 23, 2018
Botleigh Grange Hotel & Spa, Southampton is the latest addition to our Portfolio of Wedding Venues. An established local hotel, popular with many weddings, it offers a vast range of suites and facilities for both small and intimate weddings, or the more larger and lavish.
July 13, 2018
We’re not quite sure how we’ve fast forward from 2008 to 2018, but we celebrated our 10 Year Anniversary at the incredible Old Thorns Manor Hotel, Golf & Country Estate – on Sunday 8th July.
Our largest Wedding Venue, meaning our largest Wedding Fayre – we had over 80 types of wedding businesses showcasing throughout this vast and opulent hotel, providing wedding-planning-couples with plenty of ideas and inspiration for their special day.
The spectacular Fashion Show was as always, produced and choreographed by the ‘professionals’; Manic Stage Productions – Having worked with ‘Manic’ for many years, we know they work their ‘Magic‘ and create a beautiful show for us, and they delivered as usual. To top it off we also had a wedding ring deliver flight by the beautiful Barn Owl – Willow – from CSR Falconry; if ever you were looking to WOW your guests, seeing one of their beautiful barn owls gliding down the aisle has to be it.
A bustling busy day with lots of lovely couples visiting, welcome drinks, deluxe gift bags and more – we were blown away to be called up on the stage after the fashion show and presented with a poem (written by one of our long term Exhibitors) and many beautiful gifts; this wasn’t just to commemorate our 10 years in producing professional wedding fayres, but to show their own appreciation for what we do (all what goes on behind the scenes) By attending our fayres over the years, they have gained much business and been able to meet with couples first hand, helping them with their plans and requirements.
We couldn’t have been more touched by this generous show of appreciation and indeed affection – and we’re still getting over it now!
It ended the Season on a high for us, as we now take a break through the busy Summer Holidays and return for our Late Summer & Autumn Fayres in September; with the current heatwave we hope this has given lots of couples their dream day, with very little forecast of rain, I’m sure nobody was expecting the opposite extreme of some of the hottest days on record!

We are delighted to work with another of the fantastic Handpicked Hotels Wedding Venues in both February & September 2019 and it must be said that Rhinefield House Hotel is simply breathtaking…
Nestled in the New Forest, with beautiful surroundings and a blend of Tudor and Gothic architecture, Rhinefield is the most perfect country hotel and a fairy tale wedding venue. With so many suites and facilities, they can cater for every wedding imaginable; from big extravagance in the Grand Hall, Minstrels Gallery & the Kings Hall, or Hurst Castle Suite – to low key elegance of the Keepers Room and not forgetting the ceremonies at the beautiful outdoor Forest Garden Doric Temple.
With 50 bedrooms including three feature suites, an outdoor pool and a health suite, 2 AA Rosette fine dining Armada restaurant, The Grill Restaurant and views of the ornamental ponds and grounds, Rhinefield House Hotel is a true jewel in the forest.
Come along and see for yourself just what this incredible Wedding Venue has to offer for your special day, whilst gathering ideas & inspiration from the wedding professionals exhibiting – Why not make an afternoon of it and stop for a delicious Afternoon Tea at the hotel or Sunday lunch of course (booking in advance highly recommended)
April 4, 2018
…and although we’ve just had a ‘usual’ soggy Easter Bank Holiday, the S-N-O-W that swept across the country just a few weeks ago, now seems a distant memory.
It caused plenty of disruption and for us, it was the first time in 10 years that we’ve had to actually cancel (postpone) a Wedding Fayre on the actual day; With more than 200 fayres produced in these ten years and our temperamental British Weather, you could say we’ve been pretty lucky all this time – but just as much effort and work goes into cancelling an event as it does to make it happen in the first place. But that’s what we do and what we have to be prepared for, and most importantly we took the decision to cancel for the safety of everyone concerned.
Surrey Snow – Conditions were far worse than forecast or anticipated and the particular venue in question – Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa in Haslemere, Surrey – was located on a steep incline which nobody could tackle, so guests at the hotel were also stuck where they were, and nobody could access driveway until much later that afternoon, when typically the snow and ice had melted enough to allow a brave handful to try.
However, it wasn’t a complete wash-out so to speak; couples who had not necessarily seen the late cancellation on our Website or Social Media Pages and were interested in the venue potentially for their wedding, popped along later in the afternoon and were able to browse the facilities and discuss their wedding requirements with the expert events team. We had also left ample supplies of our Deluxe Tote Bridal Bags (worth over £10 each!) packed with new wedding magazines and information for wedding-planning-couples, and the venue confirmed that several couples booked their wedding with them on the day!
We are in the process of rescheduling the March 2018 fayre and as soon as both we and the venue have availability we’ll publish the details here on our website and across our Social Media Pages, so watch this space – we’ve ordered sunshine for the next Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa Wedding Fayre, to showcase this fantastic Surrey Wedding Venue.
