PMN Wedding Fayres is our family business and therefore very close to our hearts. It’s also our full-time interest, so we inject all of our time, energy, enthusiasm & experience into producing our events.

With a combined 30+ years within the Wedding Industry, we are passionate about what we do, for our exhibitors, our visitors, and our associated venues. Our reputation has been built upon providing professional, friendly, productive, and well-advertised events. The results speak for themselves, with an extensive supplier following and over 450 fayres held since 2008 – plus the addition of our largest annual event, Hampshire’s largest one-day Wedding Expo.

Our experience has proven that visitors to our wedding fayres want to see ample variety & choice, relating to both the business/services they are looking for, and price.

Ensuring there is a varied selection of exhibitors, from all categories, we never over saturate our events with too many of the same type. Therefore, we operate a strict 10% ratio, i.e. If a fayre has capacity for approximately 40 display stands, we will only have 4 of any one category.

We also welcome established or larger businesses as well as new ventures, with the opportunity to *feature in our professionally produced and fully choreographed Fashion Shows (*depending on your business type of course) which can further promote and enhance your business…

No matter what wedding-related business or service you have, you will offer something different and unique to your customers. We can provide you with as much or as little display space as you feel that you require to showcase. Consider our fayres as your ‘shop window’ for the day; display all that you can, so couples leave knowing who they met and what you offered.

From initial inquiries, emails, calls, and booking to exhibit at any PMN Wedding Fayres, we like to think that we add a personal service, gained from our own experiences. Ultimately, we want your day to be successful, and for you to enjoy it, so that you return to exhibit with us again.

From the detailed information that we supply you with prior to our events, to having our PMN team providing endless complimentary refreshments throughout the day, we also like to make sure that you remain on tip- top form. Sometimes it’s just the little things that count, but for these reasons and more, we have a huge supplier following with many consistently returning to exhibit at our wedding fayres.

Wedding Fayre Listing Websites – there are several online platforms that are dedicated to featuring upcoming weddings fayres, wedding shows, etc, and we ensure that ours receive a featured-placement within the county & calendar

National & Local Wedding Publication Advertisements – we have a long-standing association with many leading Wedding Magazine Publications, and implement a variety of advertisements in each edition, in what we consider to be the most appropriate and reputable for the Venue and area. From large double-page features to prime placements, we advertise in all the leading Wedding Magazines. (We’ve even advertised in the *Thomas Cook Airlines Winter In-flight Magazine*!)

Directional Road Signage – These high visibility road signs are essential for guiding visitors (& Exhibitors!) to our events. An application is made to the local highways’ authorities’ months in advance, for approval of their placement at various major road junctions.

Collaborations & Competitions – we are beyond proud to have associated and collaborated with several leading *brand names since 2008. From wedding item giveaways, short breaks, to thousands of pounds worth of luxurious Honeymoons. These premium collaborations provide prestige to our events, whilst attracting greater footfall.

Mailshots – with thousands of couples a year attending PMN Wedding Fayres, we have an extensive database who regularly receive our engaging emails, detailing all upcoming wedding fayres, whilst providing the opportunity to register and reserve their Deluxe Gift Bag.

Information Display Zone – we provide a dedicated area at our events, where many supplier/venue/business materials are displayed for all visitors to browse & collect. This area also details our upcoming wedding fayres, allowing them to scan the QR code and register to attend, there & then.

Flyers, Posters & more – fully-branded, produced, printed, and distributed at all of our fayres, these visual materials promote our events, competitions and more, attracting many visitors.

Our pricing is completely transparent and detailed clearly on our booking form – There are also useful dimensions & diagrams to assist you in selecting the correct display stand size or area.

Our low-cost Deposit secures your space to exhibit and once your Booking Form is received, we will confirm availability for your business category at the fayre(s) you have selected. From the details submitted on your booking form, we email a Deposit Invoice (or full-balance invoice where/if applicable) We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards as well as providing payment account details on your invoice for any Bank Transfer Payments

We appreciate that different business types have different exhibitor requirements. With that in mind, we are happy to discuss your individual needs, providing you with the optimum exhibiting space, complete with electricity, chair(s) and a table(s), as required.

From time to time, we may offer Promotional DiscountsDiscounted Deposit Schemes, and/or Exclusive Discounts for multiple-fayre-bookings. We are also happy to discuss individual payment plans. Please don’t be shy, contact us to discuss how we can get your business to our events.

Due to popularity and with numerous exhibitors attending our fayres, there is a possibility that we may be fully booked in your particular business category. Although we operate a waiting list, it can be some time before we can get you to one of your selected fayres, so it’s better to plan ahead and book with us, as far in advance as possible, whilst also benefitting from multi-booking-discounts.

We have always been very vocal about PMN Wedding Fayres and with the experience of 450+ fayres, and two huge Expo’s, we are confident that we know just what our exhibitors require; you also deserve a first-class service from us, and that is what you will receive from this passionate and committed family business

All materials are pre-packed in advance by our PMN team, within clear sealed wallets, to reach customers in pristine condition whilst also providing a professional appearance.

Distributed within our Deluxe Wedding Gift Bags, as well as displayed at our ‘Information Zone’ for all other visitors to browse & collect. You can opt to use this stand-alone service at as many fayres as you wish, supplying us with a larger quantity of materials if booking several. Simply select the option on our booking form and we’ll let you know what quantities, when and where!
