PMN Wedding Fayres is a family business and therefore very close to our hearts – our full-time business, 7 days a week, there are no other distractions, so we inject our all into everything we do.
We have a combined 30+ years within the Wedding Industry and are passionate about what we do, for couples, our exhibitors, and our associated venues. Our reputation has been built upon providing a fantastic wedding-planning experience for visiting couples, whilst providing our exhibiting suppliers with the best marketing opportunities for their business, at high footfall, well-advertised, prestigious wedding fayres – at of course, the very best prices.
At all PMN Wedding Fayres we ensure that there is a varied selection of exhibitors, from all categories of the wedding industry, not over saturating our events with too many of the same type of supplier (We operate a strict 10% ratio, i.e. If a fayre has approximately 50 display stands, we would only have 5 of any one category) We also carefully select well-established larger businesses and new ventures, as we know from experience that this is exactly the variety that our couples want and expect to see, when they attend our fayres. At some we also have professionally choreographed Fashion Shows, which you may be able to become involved within (depending on your business type of course) which can further advertise your business, making it stand out from others…

From photographers to florists, and every other category of wedding-related business, you will offer something different and unique to your customers. You are as individual as your business and exhibiting at our wedding fayres is an ideal opportunity to show this. For all the wedding-planning-couples attending, we know that you will meet, or ultimately exceed their expectations, as our standards in selecting our exhibitors and suppliers are as high as the actual wedding fayres that we organize and produce.
We will provide you with as much or as little display space as you feel that you require (no out-lined areas) as we want your day to be successful for you, for you to enjoy it so that you return to exhibit with us again. We are your ‘shop window’ for the day, so it’s important to display all that you can, so couples leave knowing who they met and what services were offered.
From initial inquiries, emails and calls, to booking to exhibit at PMN Wedding Fayres, we like to think that we add a personal service, gained from our own experiences ; from the detailed information that we supply you with prior to the event, to having our PMN team assist you with your equipment on the day (should you wish) and providing you with complimentary refreshments throughout the day, making sure that you remain on tip- top form. Sometimes it’s just the little things that count… For these reasons and more, we have a huge supplier following with many consistently returning to exhibit at our fayres, some booking a year in advance to secure their favoured venues and dates

We’ve already touched on most of this (above…and there’s lots more to read!) but ultimately, if you have a wedding business, or provide wedding related services, you are looking for the most cost-effective way to promote and market what you do, to the right audience, i.e. local wedding planning couples.
To generate those all-important bookings and that essential revenue, showcasing who you are and what you can offer at PMN Wedding Fayres, provides you with the best and most cost effective opportunity.
However, for us to bring that all-important audience through the doors of our events, we must spend a high proportion of exhibitor stand fees on as much advertising as possible. For the fayre to receive our renowned high footfall, its not about a flimsy banner on a fence, or a few social media posts about the event – it’s so much more than that…

The important part: our success has been achieved by gaining genuine and high footfall at our fayres, and our already established reputation is supported by the varied and broad selection of marketing campaigns that we implement. We’re not shy about letting everyone know about each and every PMN Wedding Fayre..

Advertising on PMN Website – Each venue within our prestigious portfolio has a dedicated page displaying information about the venue its wedding facilities offered, along with current and upcoming fayre dates & timings. This is then continually advertised alongside all other venues/fayre dates, as well as displayed on various posters and materials that we produce, which are displayed at all of our upcoming fayres.

National & Local Wedding Publication Advertisements – we have a long-standing association with many of the leading Wedding Magazine Publications and implement a variety of advertisements in each copy, in what we consider to be the most appropriate and reputable for the Venue and area. From large double-page spreads & features to prime placements, we advertise in all the leading Wedding Magazines. (We’ve even had an entire page in the *Thomas Cook Airlines Winter In-flight Magazine*!)

Bespoke Directional Road Signage – both locally signed and via major external routes in/out of the wedding fayre location. These high visibility Yellow/Black signs are essential for guiding visitors (& Exhibitors!) to our events. An application is made to the local highways’ authorities’ months in advance, for approval of their placement at major road junctions.

Collaborations & Competitions – we are beyond proud to have associated and collaborated with several leading brand names. This provides prestige to our events for our visiting couples and subsequently the attending exhibitors. Currently the World’s only 5* luxury-included ®Honeymoon specialists, Sandals are offering a Prize Draw for couples attending our fayres to ‘Win the Honeymoon of a Lifetime’.

Bespoke Banners & Feather Flags – attached to an external structure at the venue for direct impact, with Feather Flags located to attract passing traffic and assist the directional signage. Everything is branded in PMN colours and style for recognition and professional appearance.

Mailshots – seeing up to 6,000 couples a year attend PMN Wedding Fayres, we have an extensive database which regularly receive our newsletters, upcoming wedding fayre calendar and pre-registration links, so that they can secure their time slot to attend.

Social Media – Spending the highest proportion of our marketing budgets with the Social Media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, our regular targeted campaigns & paid-promotions for our events, ensures that we reach the right demographic. Deluxe Wedding Gift Bags – Supporting our brand recognition, renowned for their high-end quality both in manufacture & contents, we offer couples the opportunity to Reserve/Pre-Order a rope-handled Deluxe Gift Bag when they Pre-Register to attend any PMN Wedding Fayre. Filled with luxurious contents, supplier promotional materials, samples, gifts, magazines and more, they’re worth more than £10 each and are in high demand at each of our events

Flyers, Posters & more – fully-branded, produced, printed, and distributed at all of our fayres, to thousands of couples, these high-end materials promote our events, competitions and more, attracting many more couples to see our exhibitors.

Once your Booking Form is received, we will confirm availability for your selected category at the fayre(s) you have selected, and email you a Deposit Invoice (or full-balance invoice where/if applicable) Please note; we do not process any Exhibitor Booking Payments online currently, but accept all major Credit/Debit Cards. Our account details can be found on your invoice for Bank Transfer Payments

We appreciate that there are initial costs involved when exhibiting, to ensure that your stand or display is as eye-catching, current and appealing to customers as possible. With that in mind, we are happy to discuss your individual requirements; we have never hidden our pricing, they are structured for specific sized areas as detailed on our Booking Form, providing you with the optimum exhibiting space, complete with electricity, chair(s) and a table(s), as required.

From time to time we also offer Promotional Discounts and Discounted Deposit Schemes, along with Exclusive Discounts for multiple-fayre-bookings. We are also happy to discuss individual payment plans. Please don’t be shy, pick up the phone and contact us to discuss your requirements.

As our PMN portfolio expands and with numerous exhibitors attending our fayres, there is a possibility that we may be fully booked for your particular wedding business category. Although we operate a waiting list, it can be some time before we can get you to one of your selected fayres, so it’s better to plan ahead and book with us, as far in advance as possible, whilst making the post of any multi-booking-discounts.

PMN FLYER DISTRIBUTION SERVICE – It’s inevitable that you may not be able to attend one or more of our many wedding fayres, but really don’t want to miss out on your business details being received by the hundreds of attending couples. Our popular Flyer Distribution Service is the way to ensure that they leave with your flyers/business cards/pamphlets/brochures/promotional merchandise (such as pens, keyrings etc) within their Deluxe Wedding Gift Bag

Pre-packed in advance by our PMN team, within clear sealed cellophane wallets to reach customers in pristine condition with a professional appearance, they are also displayed on a ‘collection stand area’ for all other visitors to browse & collect. You can opt for this service at as many fayres as necessary, supplying us with a larger quantity for more than one fayre, however, please note; if you are already exhibiting at a PMN Wedding Fayre, Flyer Distribution is included within the stand fee. We must ask that you supply your flyers to us (to our office address as detailed on our contact page & invoice) no later than the Thursday prior to the fayre, as we do not allow insertion into our Deluxe Wedding Gift Bags on the day. (Sorry, it’s all about high standards in our high-end gift bags, as this results in lots of loose materials rather than neatly sealed in our sealed wallets!) Do bring along a plentiful supply of marketing materials to hand out
