We’ve produced over 250 Wedding Fayres across Hampshire, Surrey & Sussex in the past almost 11 years now, and have to plan our calendar of events well over a year in advance.
Rarely do we have to make changes, but understandably there can be all kinds of reasons why we might have to Postpone or even Cancel one of our Fayres (like the unexpected Snow in Surrey in March 2018, that was a first!)
There’s an awful lot of planning in setting the date in readiness for us to promote the events, so we like to cover all aspects before securing and publicizing it, but things like a flood at a venue or even a half-marathon running right past the hotel’s front door, would certainly affect the accessibility for everyone, and overall success of the event…
As is the case with the delightful Elmers Court Hotel & Resort, in lovely-Lymington, Hampshire – due to unforeseen circumstances we’ve had to postpone the event from Sunday 19th May 2019, but are looking at a new 2020 date (TBC)
