Until COVID-19 we didn’t operate a booking system for any of our wedding fayres, you were welcome to turn up at any time, with as many friends or family as you wished! However, like all businesses, we have had to adapt and Government Directive means we must assist Contact Tracing – we want to keep you, our exhibitors & our colleagues safe, whilst having an enjoyable experience. We now operate Pre-Registration which you simply complete prior to attending any of our fayres HERE
Most of our venues are hotels so have ample complimentary onsite parking.
Lots! Venues/hotels – understandably like to show off their wedding facilities so have their rooms & suites beautiful decorated or dressed, to show just how it looks for a wedding, helping couples visualise the style, size and overall layout and appearance. They welcome all couples who have already booked the venue for their special day, along with any who many have enquired or shown interest, and you can pop in to see it for a couple of hours in the day or evening and have a leisurely chat with the team. They sometimes repeat this several times throughout the year or some even have a monthly open day/eve. A Showcase is not dissimilar, but the venue may have also invited along a handful of suppliers they regularly work with, such as a florist, cake maker, or photographer, so that you can meet them and see if you like their work or style… A PMN Wedding Fayre on the other hand is all about gathering ideas & inspiration for your wedding, no matter where or when you’re getting married! You have the opportunity to see numerous suppliers from all different categories, from wedding dresses to ring-delivery barn owls, we try to have a vast & varied selection at our fayres which often take place throughout several rooms and suites. Everyone is welcome; couples, bridesmaids, family and friends, some make an afternoon of it and stop for lunch either at the venue or somewhere close by, it really is a day out. Each of the venues where our fayres take place is a different size and style so depending on the space available to us, we have anything from a minimum of 35 wedding suppliers exhibiting at some of our slightly smaller fayres, to almost 90 at our largest wedding fayre, with a *welcome drink, **fashion shows, live acts & entertainment and much more. There are often samples given by suppliers, competitions, prize draws and a variety of other giveaways, not forgetting that we also provide a lovely gift bag to each & every couple attending – see more details about that below! We offer every couple attending our Wedding Fayres a fantastic *Gift Bag which a filled with several copies of the latest wedding magazine publications, supplier information, giveaways and much more. However, we also have a limited supply of our ‘Deluxe’ version at every fayre, which are worth over £10 each. These tend to get snapped up very quickly though, so if you’d like to receive one, come along when we open, or at least within the first hour! (*One gift bag per couple, £2pp Admission/Entry fee applies) PLEASE NOTE; Once again, COVID-19 Government Guidance relating to Events, Exhibitions & Conferences, currently does not allow the distribution of promotional materials.
