Until COVID-19 came along, we didn’t operate a booking system for any of our Wedding Fayres (for over 10 years!) you were welcome to turn up at any time on the day, with as many friends or family as you wished. However, like all businesses, we have had to adapt and comply with any updated Government Directive. We also have to uphold and respect the measures our venues/hotels have to abide by, but at the end of the day, we want to keep you, our exhibitors & our colleagues, and our venue staff, safe, whilst having an enjoyable experience ~ It can be done, we’ve proved that throughout 2021! So we’ve decided to keep our time-slot Pre-Registration system going forward, as it’s actually worked a treat for everyone throughout 2021. You simply complete our online Pre-Reg form prior to attending any of our fayres. Its really quick & easy and we’ll update it with any new details as necessary…Our Fayres are Free Entry and you’re welcome to bring as many friends or family as you wish (unless the Government change maximum capacity again) There’s Free Parking too and we have disposable Face Masks & Hand sanitizers throughout, for everyone. 

Most of our venues are known local hotels so have ample complimentary onsite parking, as well as disabled parking, closer to the entrance.

Lots! Venues/hotels – understandably like to show off their wedding facilities, so have their rooms & suites beautiful decorated or dressed, to show just how it looks for a wedding, helping couples visualise the style, size and overall layout and appearance. They welcome all couples who have already booked the venue for their special day, along with any who many have enquired or shown interest, and you can pop in to see it for a couple of hours in the day or evening and have a leisurely chat with the team.

They sometimes repeat this several times throughout the year or some even have a monthly open day/eve. A Showcase is not dissimilar, but the venue may have also invited along a handful of suppliers they regularly work with, such as a florist, cake maker, or photographer, so that you can meet them and see if you like their work or style…

A PMN Wedding Fayre on the other hand is all about gathering ideas & inspiration for your wedding, no matter where or when you’re getting married! You have the opportunity to see numerous suppliers from all different categories, from wedding dresses to ring-delivery barn owls, we try to have a vast & varied selection at our fayres which often take place throughout several rooms and suites. Everyone is welcome; couples, bridesmaids, family and friends, some make an afternoon of it and stop for lunch either at the venue or somewhere close by, it really is a day out. Each of the venues where our fayres take place is a different size and style so depending on the space available to us, we have anything from a minimum of 35 wedding suppliers exhibiting at some of our slightly smaller fayres, to almost 100 at our largest wedding fayres, with a *welcome drink, **fashion shows, live acts & entertainment and much more. There are often samples given by suppliers, competitions, prize draws and a variety of other giveaways, not forgetting that we also provide Deluxe Wedding Gift Bags for couples attending, to Reserve or Pre-Order – see more details about that below! (*welcome drink only available at selected fayres/dates, over 18’s only, one glass per guest **Fashion shows at selected large fayres)

We offer all attending couples (plus BFF’s, Mum’s, Bridesmaids & all!) the opportunity to *purchase our Deluxe Wedding Gift Bags, on the day, by Reserving or Pre-Ordering in advance. You simply tick the box when Pre-Registering to attend any of our wedding fayres (Look out for the the Gold Button on each page)

They are renowned for being ‘the best‘ wedding gift bags out there, and worth well over £10 each, but available to purchase on the day for just £4.95 each. Luxurious, with our gold-gilt logo and rope handles, they’re also great for keeping all your wedding info in. But you’ll be more interested in the goodies inside, such as; Wedding Magazines, candles, cosmetics, samples, sweets & treats, and much more – they’re an absolute bargain, but they’re also very popular, so make sure you Reserve as many as you need, as we’re often SOLD OUT!
