What makes PMN Wedding Fayres the wedding fayres to attend?

PMN Wedding Fayres is a family business and therefore very close to our hearts. We input a great deal of time, energy, effort, enthusiasm and attention to detail, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week – there are not other distractions as this is our full time business. We are passionate about what we do, for the people we do it for; our customers, exhibitors and venues  and our reputation has been built upon what you – providing; the best venues, with the best footfall, at of course, the best prices.

At all of our wedding fayres we ensure that there is a varied selection of exhibitor’s from all categories of the wedding industry, not over saturating our events with too many of the same category of supplier (We operate a strict 10% ratio, i.e. If a fayre has approximately 50 Exhibtors, we would only have 5 of any opne category) We also carefully select well-established larger businesses and new ventures, as we know from experience that this is exactly the variety that our customers want and expect to see when they attend our fayres. At some of our fayres we also have professionally choreographed Bridal Fashion Shows, which you may be able to become involved in, which can further enhance the fayre and your business.


 

If you are a photographer or a florist, all of you will offer something different and unique to your customers, you are as individual as your business and exhibiting at our wedding fayres is an ideal opportunity to display this. For all of the wedding-planning-couples attending, we know that you will meet, or ultimately exceed their expectations, as our standards in selecting our exhibitors and suppliers are as high as the actual wedding fayres that we organize and produce.

We will provide you with as much or as little space as you feel that you require (no out-lined areas) as we want your day to be successful for you, for you to enjoy it so that you return to exhibit with us again – we are your ‘shop window’ for the day, so its important to display all that you can. From the initial enquiry and booking stages, we like to think that we add a personal service, gained from our own experiences in the industry; from the detailed information that we supply you with prior to the event, to having our PMN team assist you with your equipment on the day (should you wish) and providing you with complimentary refreshments throughout the day, making sure that you remain on tip- top form. Sometimes it’s the little things that count…

For these reasons and more, we have a huge supplier following with many of our exhibitors are now consistently returning to attend our fayres, some booking a year in advance to secure their favored venues and fayres

How do we market our fayres?

The important part; our success has been achieved by gaining an amazing genuine footfall at all of our fayres and our already established reputation is supported by the varied and broad selection of marketing campaigns that we implement. We’re not shy about letting everyone know about each and every PMN Wedding Fayre. There are so many forms of media available in this day and age, so why not use as much as we can to reach the audience that we want?

We use;

  • Advertising on PMN Website – Each venue within our prestigious portfolio has a dedicated page displaying current and upcoming fayres. This is then continually advertised alongside all other venues/fayre dates, as well as at every wedding fayre that we host.
  • Radio Advertising – We are proud that we are the only Wedding Fayre Organisers who advertise continually on Heart & Capital South Coast – We have always used radio advertsing but as we continually stive to be the best – as of January 2017, we will be the Official Partner of Capital FM South Coast Daytime Show, whilst also being heard across both of these popular stations, so everyone hears about PMN Wedding Fayres constantly! This is our biggest advertising investment at a cost of over £40,000 annually – that no other wedding fayre organisers currently offer.
  • National & Local Wedding Publication Advertisements – we implement various sized advertisements  in what we consider to be the most appropriate publications for the venue & areas.   • Bespoke Directional Road Signageboth locally signed and via major external routes in/out of the venue location. These high visibility Yellow/Black signs are essential for guiding visitors (& Exhibitors!) to our events
  • 3,000 ~ A6 Flyersproduced and distributed – within an approx. 30mile radius to the venue – to both residential areas & businesses.
  • Bespoke Banners & Feather Flagsattached to an external structure at the venue for direct impact, with Feather Flags located to attract passing traffic and assist the directional signage.
  • Mailshotsemailing our extensive database of brides and working with the venue to target their enquiries also.
  • Social Media – We promote via all of the main Social Media Networks, daily, using ‘paid & targetted campaigns’ ensuring that we reach the right auidence for you. Follow us to keep up with our News & Information! 
  • NEW PMN Liveried SMART Car – Our New little addition to our vast PMN promotional tools has gained it’s own following and can be seen at all of our venues, as well as around the vicinity in the weeks prior to our fayres. Covered in our PMN logo’s and details, as well as our ‘Bride’ stretching head to toe on each side of the car, this valuable tool attracts huge interest and serves as another ‘banner’ attracting attention wherever she goes!
  • Luxury Tote Bridal Bags – As of March 2016 we have offered 100 Luxury Tote Bridal Bags at each of our Wedding Fayres; filled with up to 9 copies of many top wedding magazine publiactions (several retailing at over £3.50 each) supplier informations & offers, plus cosmetic gifts & giveaways – these fabulous bags have proved hugely popular, often with queues at the door of our fayres, as they are worth in excess of £10 each. We have Sponsorship Opportunities on the reverse side for all Wedding Suppliers – so if you’d like to stand out from the crowd, please contact us for further details.

What does it cost to exhibit with us?

To view our stand sizes and prices only, please select your business category below – both availability and prices for every fayre will then be displayed below the Booking Form (please scroll down)

Once your Booking Form is received, we will confirm availability for your selected category and email you a deposit invoice (or full balance invoice where applicable) Please note that we do not process any payments online currently. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards. Our account details can be found on your invoice for Faster Payments (i.e. BACs Transfer)

We appreciate that there are initial costs involved when exhibiting, to ensure that your stand or display is as eye-catching, current and appealing to customers as possible. With that in mind, we are happy to discuss your individual requirements; we don’t hide our prices, we have structured prices for specific sized areas as detailed on our Booking Forms, giving you the optimum exhibiting space, complete with electricity and a table, if required.

From time to time we also offer promotional discounted deposit schemes to secure your space(s) at your chosen fayre(s) but also exclusive discounts for multiple bookings. As our portfolio of venues grows and with numerous exhibitors attending our fayres, there is a possibility that we may be fully booked for your particular wedding business category. Although we operate a waiting list, it can be some time before we can get you to one of your selected fayres, so it’s better to plan ahead and book with us, as far ahead as possible.

PMN FLYER DISTRIBUTION SERVICE – If you are unable to attend one of our many wedding fayres but don’t want to miss out, why not advertise in our complimentary Bridal Bags which are given to every bride upon entry. Arrange for our Flyer Distribution Service (please select this option on the Booking Form and the relevant fayres that you wish to include flyers) whereby your flyers, business card or leaflets will be placed in all of the bridal bags and often on a display table also, for anyone to pick-up at the fayre. Please note however; if you are already attending a PMN Wedding Fayre, Flyer Distribution is already included within the exhibiting fee so simply bring along a plentiful supply of marketing material to hand out to visitors and to place in the bridal bags.

Entry is Free on both of our websites (here at PMN Wedding Fayres & our sister website www.theweddingplans.co.uk) as well as at any of our wedding fayres directly, by way of using our own tablets to enter the competition. This is a great incentive for couples to visit our fayres as its generally the one luxury that their wedding budget won’t stretch to, so they are keen to come along, enter the competition and see the many suppliers exhibiting with us…

The PMN Wedding Planner

Working with ‘My Wedding Dreams‘ – publishers and creators of many bridal magazines throughout the UK, they create and produce our very own PMN Wedding Fayres Wedding Planner – which is distributed at all of our Wedding Fayres each year. We can take no credit for the work they put in, it’s something they specialise in and they do all of the hard work in contacting many suppliers and making it look as fabulous as it is!

Measuring 10″ x 10″ it’s not-the-norm sizing means it instantly stands out and is a useful size (rather than a large A4 magazine) and is fully branded in our PMN design. The Planner itself is a fabulous resource given to our visiting Brides Free (with a PMN Pen!) and their jam-packed Free Bridal Bag –  full of useful tips and information, it’s also full of many wedding suppliers that opt to promote their Wedding Businesses and Services on the glossy pages – as either full colour advertisments or boxed text versions. With a monthly countdown, helpful tips and areas to make notes, our Brides-to-Be love it…

The Planner is produced 3 times a year for us, covering all seasons and giving any of our suppliers the opportunity to feature in it for just a few months or throughout the year; many who do are well aware of it’s impact and actually witness it being distributed at our fayres as they are also there, so they’re well aware it’s going directly to the audience that they want. Unlike other general wedding magazine publications also, the palnner is  designed to be written in, with Brides keeping notes to refer back to; this in turn means that those businesses advertsing are constantly ‘seen’, unlike a magazine that they may read and simply put away afterwards.

We also have many suppliers who can’t attend our fayres as frequently as others, including those on our waiting list – so this is another fantastic way to promote their business, whilst they can’t be there  they are still a part of PMN Wedding Fayres.
